Important: All Maison Subira pieces are made to order. Production time of 3–4 weeks applies before shipping. Your order is not "late" during production — it is being made specifically for you.

  • Duties: UK import duty may apply. Rwanda qualifies for reduced rates under the UK DCTS scheme.
UAE
  • Carrier: Tracked courier, confirmed before dispatch
  • Transit time: 2-4 business days
  • Tracking included
  • 5% import duty may apply on textile goods
United States
  • Carrier: Tracked courier, confirmed before dispatch
  • Transit time: 4-7 business days
  • Tracking included
  • US import duties apply. Buyer is responsible as importer of record.

Payment & Order Flow

Place your order
Contact us via the shop, WhatsApp, or email with your chosen product, size, and color. We confirm availability and send an invoice.

50% deposit to begin production
Production starts after your 50% deposit is received. We accept international card payment by secure invoice, PayPal where available, and bank transfer for approved orders. The available payment method or payment link is confirmed by WhatsApp or email before you pay.

Production (3–4 weeks)
We send progress photos at mid-production so you can see your piece being made. You can request minor adjustments at this stage.

Balance payment before shipping
Once your piece passes QC, we send final photos and request the remaining 50%. Your piece is dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Delivery & tracking
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Estimated courier delivery is usually 2-7 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Orders
  • We accept exchanges for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Buyer covers return shipping to Rwanda
  • We cover reshipping of the exchanged piece
  • Refunds are not offered on made-to-order pieces unless the item is materially defective
Custom Orders
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
  • If the piece arrives defective or significantly different from agreed specification, we will remake or refund
  • Progress photos are sent during production — customer approval at midpoint reduces disputes
  • For sizing issues on custom orders: we offer one free alteration within 30 days
