Maison Subira launch policy
Maison Subira makes pieces slowly and carefully by hand. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items are handled.
Most Maison Subira pieces are made to order. Custom and bespoke orders are not refundable once production has begun unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed written brief.
The 50% deposit reserves materials and artisan time. If you cancel before production begins, Maison Subira will confirm whether the deposit can be refunded. Once production has started, the deposit is normally non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed order, contact Maison Subira within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and confirm repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or refund where appropriate.
Small variations in stitch, dimension, and finish are part of handmade crochet. They are not treated as defects. If a sizing concern relates to agreed custom measurements, contact us with photos and measurements so we can review it.
Return shipping, import duties, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless Maison Subira confirms otherwise in writing.
