How do I care for crochet?+
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, reshape gently while damp, and dry flat in shade. Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry.
Will handmade pieces be identical?+
Small variations in stitch tension, dimension and finish are natural signs of handmade crochet, not defects.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International shipping is available from Kigali, Rwanda to key markets including the UK, UAE and USA.
Who pays import duties?+
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed before dispatch.
Can I return a custom piece?+
Custom and made-to-order pieces are reviewed case by case. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed design, contact Maison Subira within 48 hours with photos.
